Creating and Managing Assets in PRO Software

Assets in PRO Software help track reservations, depreciation, and equipment management.

Creating a New Asset

1. Open Sales > Orders > Asset/Trailer View.
2. Click Create New.
3. Enter details:
   • Asset Name & Category (e.g., trailer, generator).
   • Product Code (links to chargeable items).
   • Depreciation & Salvage Value.
4. Click Save > Confirm.

Duplicating an Asset

To save time when adding similar assets:

1. Select an asset.
2. Click Action > Duplicate.
3. Edit the details and save.
