QR codes in PRO Software help drivers quickly identify and manage units in the field. Whether printing individual or bulk QR codes, follow these steps to ensure correct implementation.
Printing an Initial QR Code
The Initial QR Code is used during implementation and contains the unit’s address to help drivers place labels correctly.
- Open "Portable Toilet Management."
- Group by "Type of Unit."
- Select a unit to view the Initial QR Code.
- Click "Print" and select "Initial QR Code."
NOTE: Do NOT print Initial QR Codes onto labels. These should be given to drivers as a standard printout along with their route sheet.
Bulk Printing QR Codes for Multiple Units
- Use filters to group and select multiple units for batch printing.
- If unit numbers are not assigned, print all stickers and distribute them to drivers.
- If unit numbers are assigned, sort and print stickers according to routes.
Steps to Print QR Codes for a Scheduled Route
- Open "Route Scheduling" and click "Scheduled Routes."
- Open the desired route and select "WO Unit Totals" tab.
- Switch to List View.
- Select all units.
- Click "Print QR Code" and Download PDF.
