- Access the Customer Profile:
- From the PRO Home Screen, click on Contacts, or navigate through Accounting to access the customer level.
- Select the Customer:
- Choose the customer you want to assign a salesperson to. This can be done during initial customer setup or when entering a sales order.
- Edit Customer Details:
- Click Edit on the customer profile.
- Assign a Salesperson:
- Under the General Information section, locate the Salesperson drop-down menu.
- Select the appropriate salesperson from the list.

- Click Edit to enable filtering options.
- Group transactions by Payment Date - Month to segment payments by time period.
- Group by Created By to track which salesperson processed the order.
Now, you can see all customer payments categorized by the salesperson who handled the transaction.
