    • This will open the full statement view.
  4. Send or Print Statements
    • From the statement view, you can:
      • Print the statement
      • Send it by email
      • Set a reminder for later action

Alternative Option: Send Open Invoice Statements

PRO Software also offers a "Send Open Invoice Statement" button, which emails a single message with each outstanding invoice attached. However, using the statement view provides a clearer summary of all unpaid invoices.
