How to Merge Invoices in PRO Software
Before validating your draft invoices, follow these steps to merge multiple invoices for the same customer:
- Access the Accounting Module: From the PRO Home Screen, navigate to the Accounting Module.
- Select the Invoices: Click on Customers > Invoices from the top menu.
- Group by Partner: Use the Group By tool to group invoices by customer.
- Open the Customer’s Invoices: Locate the customer whose invoices you want to merge.
- Select the Invoices to Merge: Check the boxes for the invoices that need to be combined.
- Click the Action Button: Select Merge Invoices from the action menu.
- Choose Invoice Date: A pop-up window will appear where you can set the date for the merged invoice.
- Confirm and Merge: Click Merge Invoices to finalize the process.
Important Notes:
- Only draft invoices can be merged. Open or paid invoices cannot be merged.
- If you have trouble locating draft invoices, use the Group By tool to filter by status.
After Merging: Next Steps
Once invoices are merged:
- You’ll land on a New Invoice Screen with all selected invoices combined into one.
- The invoice will display individual invoice details as separate lines.
- From here, you can:
- Validate the invoice
- Send it to the customer
- Register payment
