Taking a Picture of a Unit or Jobsite

After scanning a unit, drivers can capture an image as proof of service by following these steps:

  1. Click “Take A Picture” to activate the camera.
  2. If prompted, grant the necessary permissions.
  3. Ensure the device is not in selfie mode if the screen appears blank.
  4. Click the capture button to take the photo.

Additional Photo Options

  • Photos can be added to a unit location, work order, or full jobsite.
  • The images captured in this workflow specifically pertain to the unit being placed, serviced, or dropped off via the driver dashboard.

Adding a One-Time Work Order Note

If a driver encounters an issue at a service location, they can document the details using One-Time Work Order Notes:

  1. Click “Add One-Time WO Notes”.
  2. Write the note with relevant details.
