Sometimes, when a driver completes a route, the link to their device needs to be deleted so they can access their next assigned route. This process does not delete the route itself, only the link between the driver and the route on their device.
Steps to Delete a Driver's Route Link
- Open "Dispatch."
- Click "Assign Route" in the blue navigation bar.
- Check if the system auto-filters "Assign by User."
- You can filter by this setting or group by date to locate the driver’s route.
- A new window will open.
Deleting the Link
- Click on the day or driver you’re looking for.
- Check the box next to the driver’s route.
- Click the "Action" button.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
- A confirmation window will appear.
- Click "OK" to finalize deleting the link.
By following these steps, you ensure that drivers can smoothly transition to their next assigned route without issues from completed routes remaining on their device.
