How to Remove a Location from a Static Route in PRO Software

In PRO Software, a location should only be removed from a static route if the site is permanently closed and no equipment remains on-site. Follow these steps to properly clear a location from your routes.

Steps to Remove a Location from a Static Route

  1. Clear any filters in the search bar.
  2. Filter by "Pickup" in the dropdown menu.
  3. From the PRO home screen, open "Dispatching (Route Scheduling)."
  4. Click "Work Orders" from the header menu.
  5. Select "Completed" from the dropdown menu.

Clearing Units from a Location

  1. Open the desired Work Order.
  2. Click on the Site Location (this line is clickable).
  3. In the upper right corner, click "Clear Units from Location."
  4. A warning message will appear—confirm the action.
  5. Click "OK."

What Happens After Clearing a Location?

  • The location is removed from all static routes.
  • The Work Order remains intact, but all units are unassigned from the route.
  • The units are now available to be assigned to a new job.

By following these steps, you ensure that outdated locations are removed efficiently while keeping your work orders properly updated.
