Steps to Enable Mandatory Photos
- Open "Dispatching."
- Click "Scheduled Routes" in the top blue bar.
- Select "Static Route Templates" from the dropdown menu.
- Open the desired route.
- Click "Edit" and go to the "Unit Locations on this Route" tab.
- Double-click the stops where you want to require photos.
Once enabled, drivers will be required to take and upload a photo before they can close the work order.
By using mandatory photos, businesses can verify service completion and improve documentation for both employees and customers.
