How to Set Unit Recurrence in PRO Software

Unit Recurrence is a critical setting in PRO Software that determines when a unit assigned to a job site is serviced. By default, units are set to "Any Day of the Week," but you can adjust this based on service frequency needs.

Setting Unit Recurrence

  1. Open "Portable Restroom Manager."
  2. Filter by Location.
  3. Select the Location and Unit.
  4. Click "Edit" and select "Unit Service Recurrence."
  5. If using Master Route Optimization, choose a specific service schedule (instead of "Any Day of the Week").

Scheduling Units for Bi-Weekly or Monthly Service

If a unit does not need weekly service, follow these steps to adjust the recurrence:

  1. Open the "Unit Details" page.
  2. Click "Edit."
  3. Select "Unit Service Recurrence."
  4. Choose "Every Other Week."
  5. A new dropdown will appear—select the day of the week for service.
  6. Click "Save."
