There are several reasons why you may need to temporarily deactivate a site or location in PRO Software. This could be due to nonpayment, a temporary site shutdown, or seasonal service suspension. Follow these steps to mark a location as inactive.
Steps to Turn a Site Inactive
- Open "Route Scheduling / Dispatching."
- Click "Scheduled Routes" in the header menu.
- Select "Static Route Templates" from the dropdown menu.
- Open the desired Static Route.
- Click "Edit," then navigate to the "Unit Location on this Route" tab.
- Find the stop you want to deactivate and toggle the inactive switch on the far right.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
By following these steps, you can ensure that inactive locations are properly removed from active routes while keeping them in the system for future reactivation.
