Steps to Record an Accident
- Open "Truck Management."
- Select the truck that was involved in the accident.
- Click on the "Accidents" tab.
- Click "Create New" to start a new accident report.
Completing the Accident Log
- Enter all relevant accident details in the provided fields.
- Use the chatter function (right side of the screen) to:
- Copy and paste larger notes or emails related to the incident.
- Attach documents, such as accident reports or written statements.
- Click "Save" to finalize the accident log.
