The Importance of the Unit Location Detail Page in PRO Software

The Unit Location Detail Page is a crucial tool for dispatchers to monitor and manage routes in real-time. It provides live updates on a driver’s progress, completed stops, and any notes or photos they leave while working in the field.

Monitoring Route Progress

  • Open the scheduled route and click "Dispatch View" to see:
    • Which stops are completed (marked as "DONE").
    • The driver’s current location in relation to the route.
  • Map View provides a visual status update:
    • All scheduled stops start as yellow pins (default color setting).
    • Completed stops change to orange, making it easy to track progress.
    • If needed, you can switch to Satellite View for a different map style.

Accessing Work Order Details

Another way to track a route’s status is through the Work Order Details page:

  • View driver notes (displayed in red font for easy identification).
  • Check for driver-uploaded photos (indicated by a small camera icon).
  • Review timestamps to see the exact date and time a stop was completed.

By utilizing these tools, dispatchers can stay informed and react quickly to any changes, ensuring smooth and efficient route management in PRO Software.
