Unit Logs and Work Order (WO) History provide a detailed record of all services performed on a unit, making it easier to track service completion and job history. These tools help businesses maintain accountability and optimize their operations.
How to Access Unit Logs
- Open "Equipment Management."
- Use filters to group by location or unit type to find the desired unit.
- Click "Edit," then select the "Log" tab.
- View key details, including:
- Driver notes
- Action type (service completed, moved, etc.)
- All service history for the unit
The Unit Log provides a complete lifecycle record of the unit, detailing every scheduled service, job completion, and location update.
How to Access Work Order Details
- Open the "Routing Module."
- Select any desired route.
- Click the "Work Order Details" tab.
- From this screen, you can:
- Click on any WO to view assigned equipment/units.
- Click on a product to open a product page pop-up.
- View the Unit Log and WO details in one place.
